| 英文描述 | This is an acute disease of young chicks characterized by sudden onset, diarrhea, high mortality and severe enteritis. Caused by VIBRIO METSCHNIKOVII and reported only in European countries. At necropsy there are hyperemia of the digestive tract; yellowish green liquid and some blood in the intestine; and the spleen is small and pale. Diagnosis is by isolation of the agent. |
